Godman Evans Dzubey was born on 2nd September 1989, 32 years old, and a native of Kpando Dzoanti in the northern part of Volta Region of Ghana. He is a young and practising politician, an all-time event organizer, an IT Expert, an Entrepreneur and also pursuing a degree in IT at the Ghana Communication Technology University.
Godman Evans Dzubey as known in his private life is also the founding member, Secretary and public relations officer of the Famous Akpini 2nd J Street Carnival at Kpando Dzoanti.
He has for years dedicated his life to the formation of social groups and organizing events to project and also promote the Akpini Culture and Heritage.
Godman Evans Dzubey has developed so much love for his Akpini people hence spent all his life after completion of Kpando Senior High school at Kpando just to make a difference in the lives of his people by organizing events to suit their taste.
He started following the New Patriotic Party(NPP) in the year 2008 as a member and later in the year 2018 became a polling station chairman in his community at Kpando Dzoanti. He then joined mainstream politics thereafter and made several serious impacts in the Constituency Youth wing.
As a polling station chairman, he managed to form social groups within the party in various communities which usually entertain the whole party with Djama performances anytime the has an activity. His organization has grown rapidly from performing at the Constituency level to regional and sometimes national events.
Godman Evans Dzubey is currently contesting as the Constituency Youth Organizer to be able to rise to his full potential in organizing his lovely party (NPP).
His decision to contest as the Constituency Youth Organizer has been reached after several calls from NPP Youth across the length and breadth of Kpando Constituency to lead them to the promised land.
A vote for Godman Evans Dzubey is a vote for Hope as the youth are already preaching in town. With all the above experiences from the past in the field of organization, it is certain that he is the best man for the job and all especially the youth should rally behind him for this position.

ReplyDeleteHe is the best candidate for the YOUTH ORGANIZER position. He has proved his good organizing skills over the years during 2016 and 2020 general elections. Though, then he was just a floor member, but was delegated by the then YOUTH ORGANIZER to do a lot of YOUTH ORGANIZER duties which all loyal members of NPP can attest to that fact.

*MISSION:* To help together with other stakeholders: *Mobilize, Nurture, Empower and Transform* the youths of our party to be *_Self-reliant, independent, and key players_* in all levels of our political dispensation.
*VISION:* To help develop our political party (NPP) where youths actively participate in decisions pertaining to policies that affect their lives and the future of generations yet to come.
1... *Godman on Mobilization:*
👉 _Youth Conferences:_ there would be periodic if not an annual youth conference in every 1st quarter to 2nd quarter of every year, bringing together over 300 hundred youths from all zones of Kpando and beyond. This conference would seek to also bring together top government officials from all youth sector of our economy as *Resource Personnels* to educate and bring opportunities closer to the door stairs of the youths.
👉 _Formation of Youth Groups:_ Youth groups would be formed in all the zones of the party in the Kpando Constituency with educative and entertaining programs to attract other youths outside the great NPP to join NPP.
Developing a strategy for communication with youth audiences, who are they, what do they want and how do they perceive their relationship with the government, political life and society.
👉 ```Social media and digital engagement:``` Digital communication tools can be powerful means for reaching out to a large number of young people. More social media groups would be created on various social media platforms to enable us reach out to more youths evenly and globally.
2.... *Godman on Nurturing:*
As a youth leader, we have a sort of responsibility to encourage the younger generations of their talents and help nurture that talent into something of a great value. A system would be put in place to make sure youth realize their full potentials by given advice but not to instruct. Our Youths must be well guided through guidance and counselling in other to make the right decisions in choosing their careers or what to become in future.
3... *Godman on Empowerment*
To create a channel where government youth policies are brought closer to the youth front of the party for utilization. Youth policies Iike Youstart by president Akufo Addo to ease constraints for existing and aspiring young entrepreneurs, Youth Employment for jobs, the newly launched National Volunteerism programme, opportunities at the National Youth Authority and of course see our young ones who want to pursue courses at the University get government scholarships to support their education.
*Finally,* interested youths who would like to serve mother Ghana by means of joining *security services* would be catered for with resources available to us and also lobbying for protocols.
4... *Godman on Transformation and Creativity*:
Given the youths smooth passage into the future by equipping them with knowledgeable skills(e g carpentry, masons, hairdressing, tailoring, electricals, Young Artists from Kpando etc) to face the world without fear.
Our collective aim to achieve all the above for the party through collaborative effort and hardwork.
