SUMMARY OF THE ADDRESS BY THE NATIONAL PRESIDENT OF CONFERENCE OF PRINCIPALS OF COLLEGES OF EDUCATION, GHANA (PRINCOF), PROF. SAMUEL AWINKENE ATINTONO AT THE OPENING CEREMONY OF THE 2023 ANNUAL PRINCOF CONFERENCE AT BOLGATANGA ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2023.
1. PRINCOF President Urges Government Action on College Infrastructure Crisis:
