The newly gazetted president and her immediate executives

HANDING OVER CEREMONY ON THE 4TH JULY 2021

The Apostolic Student Association (APOSA) of Accra College of Education held their handing-over ceremony on 4th July 2021 chaired by the campus Pastor, Mr Robert Sackey(very vibrant and eloquent in the spirit)

Pastor Robert Sackey

The program was well organized plus graced by a couple of men of God and opened to the student body.

According to the chronicles of the church, this has been the first and only time a woman was appointed to resume the mantle of the presidency. This likewise portrays the emancipation of women in leadership in the Kingdom business of God.

Miss Nanevi Linda is the name of the newly ordained President of APOSA, AcCE Chapter.

THE SPEECH DELIVERED BY PREZ LINDA NANEVI AND HER CABINETS

Mr Chairman, Rev. Minister present, distinguished guest, patron, outgoing executives, incoming executives, ladies and gentlemen.

Glory to you and peace from you our father the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins, he delivered us from the present evil age according to the will of God the Father to whom be the glory forever and ever. AMEN!

 Directed to the outgone executives

Mr Chairman, to the Lord Jesus Christ, be the glory now and forevermore. I’m humbled because no man is worthy of the calling to be a president. It has come another great time as the leadership in the Old Testament was transferred from Moses to Joshua, the same way it has come another time to transfer the baton to new executives to run a race as the tenure of the former executives elapses.

William Tetteh(The outgone Prez)

On the behalf of my newly-elected executives and in my capacity as the president, we express our profound gratitude for the outstanding tremendous work done by our immediate outgoing president and his executives. We say ayikoo to you all.

The outgone executives

Directed to the new executives

On the part of the new executives appointed to serve in the vineyard of the Lord Jesus Christ, of whom we have received our call. We have a big task to accomplish, and it’s therefore very important to work diligently and tirelessly, work in collaboration with one another in the execution of our duties. And whatsoever we do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, giving thanks to God and the Father through him, as Apostle says in Col. 3:17.

The New Leaders

Don’t contemplate how you are going to do the work! God does not call the qualified but qualifies the called. He who has called us will reward us if we do his work wholeheartedly. May the Lord continue to guide us by his Holy Spirit and live our lives together in Christ

Directed to the church

I need your maximum cooperation and assistant to take the image of APOSA high. I ask for your continued prayer as we live our lives together. We know that we will be faced with many challenges and hardships but we trust in the Lord who has called us.

The congregation

We can trust that, these challenges are used by God to strengthen our faith so that we will be better to serve our neighbours. I will enjoy your calling and continuous partnership in the Gospel. May the Lord continue to bless us in our Ministry as has been so generous with blessings in the past, for great is his steadfast love towards us and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever (psalm 117:2)

Elder Samuel Adjei Boateng(PENSA PREZ)- SPECIAL GUEST
