QUIZ CONTESTANTS

ACTT is the Association of Catholic Teacher Trainees. The ACTT of Accra College of Education organised Bible quiz for her members, dated Saturday, 5th February 2022. This took place in the ICT lab of AcCE located at the last floor of the new lecture block.

The program was highly edutainment, of which the master of the program was Edward(KFM); the music director of the ACTT-AcCE Chapter.

The program has been graced by the college chaplain and many other denominational heads and Reps.

Purpose

The president of the association, Bless Agbeko delivered the purpose of the gathering. Thus, to test how well the contestants are abreast of the bible and the doctrine of the Holy Catholic Church. By and large, the quiz was about general knowledge of the bible and Catholic Church doctrine.

1ST ROUND

LADIES  =   7.5 points

GENTS   =   7 points

2ND ROUND

LADIES   =  14 points

GENTS  =  4 points

3RD ROUND

LADIES   =  3 points

GENTS  =   6 points

4TH ROUND

LADIES   =  3 points

GENTS  =  14 points

5TH ROUND

LADIES   =   3 points

GENTS    =   12 points

Grand Total:

Ladies: 30.5 points and the Gents got 42 points. Hence, the gents won the ladies by 11.5 points.

REMARKS BY THE PATRON

AcCE-ACTT Patron(The College Secretary "Mr Oppong")

-He said the time given to the contestants for preparation was not adequate, hence they couldn't prepare well enough to perform as expected.

-The contestants did well at the church doctrine section of the quiz, whereas poor at the general knowledge of the bible. So he urges the membership to take especially reading of the bible seriously.

- Advice for the quiz master: 'don't seek concern from the audience, you are the rule and your final judgment holds.'

-He climaxed by admonishing all the congregants to be transparent in accountability to men because God will hold everyone accountable.
