Teacher Trainee Allowances Have Not Been Cancelled - SLTF

 

In Accra, 10th August, 2022, the Student Loan Trust Fund released a communique debunking the speculation that Teacher-trainee Allowances are cancelled. Below is the press released 👇👇

TEACHER TRAINNEE ALLOWANCES HAVE NOT BEEN CANCELLED

The Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) takes note of a fake text message making the rounds on social media, claiming that teacher trainee allowances have been cancelled.

We would like to inform our stakeholders, particularly teacher trainees, that their information is a fabrication.

The SLTF continues to disburse the allowances on behalf of the Ministry of Education. We urge stakeholders to verify the authenticity of information purported to come from the SLTF on our website (www.sltf.gov.gh) or our call centre (0302751020).
