Sanctuary of the Soul
In the depths of my soul, a refuge resides,
A sanctuary of peace, where love abides.
A place to retreat from life's stormy tide,
Where soul and spirit, in harmony, reside.
Within this sacred space, I find my way,
To calm the mind and soothe the day.
The whispers of wisdom echo through my heart,
Guiding me gently to a brand new start.
The world outside, with all its strife,
Fades into silence, as I claim my life.
In this inner haven, I am free to be,
A space where love and light set my soul free.
Like a lotus flower that blooms in the night,
My soul awakens to the gentle light.
The petals of fear unfold to reveal,
A beauty within that's been concealed.
In this sanctuary, I find my strength,
A place to heal and let go of the length.
Of worries and fears that once did bind,
Now, in this peace, my soul can unwind.
The river of life that flows through my soul,
Carries me gently to a peaceful goal.
The waters of wisdom quench my thirsty heart,
And in its depths, I find a brand new start.
Like a bird that finds its way back home,
My soul returns to its sacred dome.
Where love and peace entwine like a vine,
And in this sanctuary, I am divine.
In the stillness, I hear my heart's voice,
Whispering truths that bring a gentle choice.
To let go of doubts and trust in my way,
And in this trust, find a brighter day.
So I'll tend this garden, with care and might,
Nurturing the love that shines like a light.
For in this sanctuary, I am made whole,
My soul's safe haven, my heart's sweet goal.
In the sanctuary of my soul, I find,
A peace that's profound, a love that's kind.
A place to rest, and be myself too,
A sanctuary of love, that's forever true.
